After we chose WA, it dawned on us what a difference this made in our property administration! Besides the migration from previous management which was easy, WA had a sharp eye for spotting discrepancies from the previous administration and Places where the association can make savings. In our case, there was both high interest rates, insurance mess, mystical items, legal advice, the inappropriateness of charges and procedures and much, much more. WA is slightly more expensive, but in return they have made sure that we save elsewhere. WA’s employees are always extremely competent, helpful and honest.

There is a world of difference between WA and our previous administrator. I feel a commitment and a direct interest in our own association’s life. There is a track of the formal aspects and also I experience an understanding for the personalities of the people who make up both the board and owners. I also appreciate the ongoing advice and relevant case-oriented approach with the involvement of external forces, when required. In addition, our personal manager is approachable, friendly and competent. It provides a reassurance as Board Chairman to know that the owners’ association is in safe hands regardless of its composition.
