You should select WA, because since 2005, we have focused on providing quality services in property management. We are today 27 employees, who manage nearly 150 satisfied cooperative housing and owner associations and a large number of residential and commercial properties.
When choosing WA, you will get a (permanently allocated) property manager who either specializes in cooperative housing or owner associations. This gives you direct access to top experts who know all the factors that are specific to your particular property. A Property Administrator backed by other colleagues who are specialists in areas such as property law, property auditing, property renovation, etc. We are currently evaluating, how many properties each administrator can manage so we don’t compromise on the quality of the work performed and the service that our customers experience
